Trilocale 6 posti: (2gg =€ 150 al g.);(3gg.= €120 al g.);(4gg.= € 100 al g.), dai 5 gg. In poi il costo è uguale a una settimana di 1° categoria

RENT REGULATIONS AND METHODS

The flats are divided into five groups, even though they have the same number of beds: IV, III, II, I and I Super. This distinction depends on size, external spaces, closeness to the beach, furnishing and sea view. The distance of our flats from the beach ranges from 5 to a maximum of 150-200 metres. No need of the car. The flats in the residence are rented from Saturday to Saturday, those outside the residence from Sunday to Sunday.


The rent prices include all the following: water, light, gas and all agency commissions, excluding linen and possibly the final cleaning. Plates and kitchen utensils are in all the flats.

Bedlinen and bathroom towels may be rented, except for tablecloths and tea-towels; the price is € 10 per person for each change.

The final cleaning charge is € 25, € 35, € 45, for flats with 2-4-6 beds respectively, if the flat is not clean when the guests leave.

The flats are handed over after 3 pm on the day the guests arrive, with exceptions for special requirements. Check-out time is between 9:30 and 10 am on the day of departure.

For small and medium-sized pets a fee of 5 € a day is required. We regret that, in some of the flats (very few), animals may not be allowed.

The rent for two consecutive weeks, before 9 June and after 8 September, is reduced by 10%.
The agency books the ferry tickets and sends the relevant papers to the clients for a small fee.
The agency staff is available 24/7.

From 1 to 26 August 2011 included (this does not apply for those arriving before or afterwards), a 15.00 euro fee must be paid by non-residents to drive any vehicle on Isola del Giglio as a "municipal licence". This payment may be made to postal c/a no. 106583 or to the bank account at Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Isola del Giglio Porto branch, Iban code: IT40Z0103072260000000026249, both in the name of Comune di Isola del Giglio.
The payment receipt shall be displayed on the car after landing on the island. The said permit is not required by vehicles with a foreign licence plate or for disabled persons.

 

 

Regulations
To complete the booking, please send a down payment corresponding to one third of the rent by: bank transfer, money order or non-transferable current account bank cheque made out to “Agenzia Baffigi”. IBAN code: IT46T0103072260000000000974 in the name of Baffigi Pietro.

The payment shall be settled no later than the first day after arrival, in cash or by bank current account cheques. Credit cards are unfortunately not accepted.
In the event of cancellation, the client loses the down payment. In order to recover the money paid in advance, less 20%, minimum € 100, the agency needs to be informed at once by e-mail about the cancellation, so that it is able to find a suitable renting alternative. Any cancellation notified less than ten days before the expected rental period means that the amount must be paid in full, unless of course the flat can be rented to someone else.
