The building includes various kinds of flats, located on five levels (floors) without a lift; they all belong to individual owners and only some of them are rented out. There is also a shopping area with: mini-market, pizzeria, bar, restaurant, self-service, chemist’s and a small beauty centre. It is a stone’s throw from the village of Giglio Campese with its shops, the emergency medical service and frequent bus connections which conveniently run between the three villages.
