The flat is on first floor without elevator, and you reach it along a small internal pedestrian street. The flat consists of a little bedroom with double bed, a living area with double sofa bed and spacious kitchenette, column fridge with freezer, oven, television, washing machine, one bathroom with shower cabin and a terrace equipped for eating outside with sea view. There are air conditioning and ceiling fan. The flat has been completely renovated is very comfortable and nice finishes.
