Apartment Booking
The apartment prices include: water, electricity, gas and agency fees. Not included: bed and bath linen, any final cleaning service and pets.
Deposit Payment for booking
To confirm the booking, a deposit of approximately one third of the rental amount is required. The deposit must be sent via bank transfer or postal money order. Below are the details for both methods:

Balance payment
The balance is payable at check-in in cash, cheque, credit card (no American Express) or instant bank transfer. Standard bank transfer can be made in the days prior to arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email and results in loss of the deposit. If cancellation occurs less than ten days before check-in, the full rental amount must be paid. The refund of the deposit, in whole or in part, is never guaranteed and is at the agency’s discretion, which will try to re-rent the apartment whenever possible.
Linen for apartments
Bed and bath linen can be rented at a cost of € 15 per person per set. Kitchen linen (tablecloths and dish towels) is not provided.
Apartment Equipment
Apartments are equipped with crockery and cookware. Small appliances such as hairdryer, blender, hand blender, etc., are not provided. Cleaning detergents are also not included.
Final Cleaning
Final cleaning of €25, €35, €45 respectively for 2-4-6 bed apartments will be charged if the apartment is left unclean.
Apartment Check-in / Check-out
Apartment delivery will take place after 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Apartments must be vacated by 9:30 AM on departure day.
Pets in the apartments
Small and medium-sized pets are accepted with a fee of €35 per week and €50 for two or more weeks. Pets are allowed on the public beach early in the morning and late in the evening. If calm and well-behaved, they may be accepted by lifeguards on equipped beaches during the day (please ask lifeguards directly).
Veterinary Service – Giglio Island
From this year you can enjoy a peaceful holiday with your pet without worrying about veterinary emergencies. A veterinary service is available and will intervene if needed. The service is paid and requires booking or subscription before arrival on the island. Ferry Ticket Booking
We handle ferry reservations on behalf of our clients with the shipping company Maregiglio to reach the island by car. The company grants our agency approximately a 15% discount on car fares. Payment must be made by credit card directly to the ferry company. The ferry booking service is free of charge.
